Winery La Regola Export Growth & Brand Positioning
The Podere La Regola winery is located on the Tuscan coast, an area dedicated to the production of great cru wines, in the Cecina river valley, just 5 km from the sea, in the municipality of Riparbella, amidst vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees much praised by the great poet Giosuè Carducci, who dedicated his verses to the nearby Bolgheri.
The winery currently owns 25 hectares of vineyards, divided between the plains (50 m above sea level) and hills (100-200 m above sea level), trained partly by spurred cordon and partly by Guyot, with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 7,500 vines per hectare, and cultivated entirely using organic farming methods, following a rigorous conversion process completed in 2015
